Introduction & Contractual Scope

Welcome to Shhdvhrgg, operated by HongKong Rancle Limited. This Purchasing Agreement & Transactional Terms document describes the conditions that apply to purchases made through our online storefront.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please review these documents before completing your purchase.

1. Purchaser Eligibility & Authorization

By placing an order through our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise have the legally required authorization to purchase.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided at checkout.
  • The information you submit is accurate and complete.
  • You will not use our storefront or products for unlawful purposes.
  • Purchases are intended for personal use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Customer service correspondence may be retained for order assistance, recordkeeping, and fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Notice. Any recording of telephone communications will be subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected items. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of that request and does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

Shhdvhrgg may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for a reasonable operational reason, including:

  • An item becoming unavailable.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
  • A material pricing, description, or technical error.
  • An inability to verify necessary payment or delivery details.
  • Shipping restrictions affecting the destination.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items, including associated shipping charges where applicable. Uncaptured payment authorizations will be released according to the payment provider’s procedures.

Changes to prices, specifications, or promotions apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement.

4. Product Descriptions, Appearance & Dimensions

We make reasonable efforts to describe the dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, and patterns of products across our Natural Woven, Soft Fabric, and Modern Minimalist collections accurately.

  • Display Variations: Product colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography, and lighting.
  • Material & Pattern Variations: Woven textures, fabric pattern placement, and finishes may vary between individual items where stated in the product description.
  • Measurements: Listed dimensions may be approximate. Any stated measurement tolerances should be considered when assessing fit.
  • Tissue Box Compatibility: Please compare the product’s listed dimensions and opening or closure details with your tissue box or tissue pack before purchasing. Compatibility varies by product; a cover should not be assumed to fit every box size.
  • Contents Included: Refer to the individual listing for included items. Tissues, tissue boxes, and decorative props shown in photographs are included only when expressly stated.

If an item is defective, supplied incorrectly, or materially different from its description, please contact us under our Return & Refund Policy. Minor visual variations do not excuse a material discrepancy or limit your statutory rights.

5. Pricing & Catalog Errors

Occasional errors may occur in product prices, descriptions, promotions, or availability.

  • We may correct inaccurate information when an error is identified.
  • If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the option to proceed on corrected terms or cancel.
  • We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
  • If an affected order is canceled, payments collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

Any action concerning an order affected by an error remains subject to applicable law.

6. Availability, Processing & Delivery Estimates

Product availability and delivery estimates reflect the information available when displayed and may change during order processing.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order preparation.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard shipping generally takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
  • Delivery Delays: Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and holiday volumes may extend delivery times.
  • Unavailable Items: If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange a refund for that item or another solution you expressly accept.
  • Split Shipments: Multi-item orders may ship separately without additional shipping charges solely because we split the shipment.

7. International Orders & Product Information

International shipping availability depends on the destination and the services supported by our shipping providers.

  • Destination Restrictions: We may be unable to fulfill orders to certain destinations because of transportation or import restrictions.
  • Product Information: Instructions and care information may be provided in English. Please review available product information or contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
  • Care & Intended Use: Follow the care instructions supplied for the specific cover. Cleaning methods may differ between woven, fabric, and other materials.
  • Import Requirements: Customers should check any destination-specific import requirements relevant to their purchase. This does not remove any obligations that apply to us as the seller.

If we identify a restriction that prevents fulfillment, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate resolution.

8. Taxes, Customs Duties & Import Charges

The order total shown at checkout includes the charges expressly displayed at that stage.

  • Taxes Collected at Checkout: Any taxes collected by us will be shown in the checkout total.
  • Additional Import Charges: Unless expressly included or prepaid, international orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees payable by the recipient.
  • Customs Delays: Customs inspections and requests for additional information may delay delivery.
  • Refused or Returned Shipments: If a shipment is refused or returned because import charges were unpaid, contact us so we can review the circumstances and available resolution. Any deductions or additional charges will be explained and applied only where permitted.

9. Governing Law, Corporate Identity & Support

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. This provision does not remove consumer protections or access to courts that cannot lawfully be excluded in your place of residence.

Nothing in this agreement limits any non-excludable consumer rights or remedies.
